Butter Garlic and Prawns

Hi everyone, this is my first blog here I really hope that you might like this easy steps of cooking process of tasty food.

Well I believe this bolg will be of more useful for students and individuals who stay away from home for their work or studies and find difficult to cook while living in a different place like hostels, rooms and places away from home. Instead of eating some not so sure good food. Here are some tips and process on how to cook simple, easy, faster and tasty food.

So today I am going to explain on how to cook Butter garlic Prawns.

1. 500 grams Prawns (Big or Small or Medium as per the availability and choice and cost)
2. Garlic Cloves (peeled ones a hand full and cut them into half)
3. 200 grams Salted Butter
4. 2 Table spoon Soya Sauce
5. 1/2 Table spoon White Vinegar .
6. 1 Table spoon of Tomato Ketchup
7. Add a pinch of Salt, Red Chilli powder and a pinch of Turmeric.
9. 1 Onion finely chopped
10,1 Green Chillies small pieces
11.8-10  Curry Leaves
12. 50 grams  Parsley finely chopped.

First add butter to the flat pan,once its melted, add the Garlic closed, onions,green chillies and curry leaves to the melted butter and fry them till they are little fried.

Now add the 500 grams of cleaned prawns to the fried onions and garlic and let the prawns to change their colour. Make sure  the prawns are fried from both the sides as they hardly take a minute or 2 to get fried completely

After 3 to 4 minutes add 2 table spoons of soya sauce, 1/2 table spoon of Vinegar, 1 table spoon of Tomato Ketchup, and also add a pinch of salt, red chilli powder and turmeric.

Mix them well, so that the juices and flavours are absorbed into the prawns. Put a lid on the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Now, before getting the prawns to the plate, add the finely chopped Parsley to the Prawns or you can also add the chopped Parsley once you have plated the Prawns.

Now have it with Chapathi or Bread or Rice, or just have it like that with a glass of beer or wine.

TIP for this Dish: You can also add Capsicum, Mushrooms and Sweet Corn as well in the ingredients and fry them along with the onions.
